I wanted to convert my tapes to a digital format for years. Finally, I decided to do it and couldn't be more pleased. My son, (42) and daughter, (39) are thrilled that I did this so that they can re-live their childhood memories. I would suggest this company to anyone who is deciding to do the same.

Was able to successfully convert most of my media (VHS tapes, DVD's, photos). The process of downloading and uploading to my google drive was a bit tedious but other than that few complaints. Their support is very responsive.
I had to pay for shipping both ways, pay for getting my VCR tapes digitized and pay a monthly fee to watch them? I'll never use this again and I'll make sure to tell everybody that I know not to.

I was hoping the videos would be touched up a little, but I guess they can't do that. They converted them to digital tho which is what I needed and did it in a decent time
I was super easy to get it all done. We had cd's of the kids growing up but hadn't seen them in so long. When I saw Imemories, I knew I needed to get it so we could all have easy access to our family memories. It was so much fun watching them all! They are priceless!
My dad just recently passed away and I inherited a lot of Dias but didn't have anyway to really enjoy them till now I can watch and see all my pics from my family's childhood to mine
I'm glad I chose the option to save to the cloud so I can access the videos on line. It was so heart warming to see my parents again in these old movies. I'm really glad I converted the tapes that were collecting dust.
It is an amazing thing how we forget some of the things we did in the past. Then they come back to life when we are able to play back our old videos on new and improved technology like Imemories provides. It's such a joy to be able to look at them anytime you want and they're so accessible on your mobile device. So exciting to have at any time.
My order had many duplicates -- not even sure if I paid for them -- it was a bit complicated to untangle the order/folders once I received it. I have been meaning to go back in and see if I paid for the duplicates
