The mp4 files were good, but of somewhat less good quality than the ones I created myself with a film digitizer I purchased.

IMemories had exceptionally clear instructions and information about their process and prompt service. When I called with questions, iMemories phone staff were very efficient, friendly, and courteous in providing guidance. Great customer service! I especially appreciated being able to talk directly with a staff member, as opposed to being routed through a series of automated prompts.

It's such a great service as the old video tapes wear out over time

We are so happy we made the decision to transfer my parents old VHS and disks to digital. This is the second round of home videos (did ours earlier this year). My adult children have non-stopped watching these and reminiscing about their childhood. So much fun and highly recommended getting the app as super easy for all to view.

Saw and ad on FB and ordered the $15 kit. Kit came with easy instructions and everything I needed to send in my stuff to be digitized. I had a few mini dvd discs that I couldn't get to play and some compact flash cards for cameras I didn't own anymore. Threw them in the kit and to my surprise Imemories was able to pull video from the discs and pics from the flash cards! When it came time to pay I got 50% off my order which really helped cause I had a lot of stuff to digitize. Happy to know my family memories are safe now. I highly recommend Imemories and have told many friends and family about it.

I called customer service to discuss the quoted cost for the service. She seemed calm, and confident. Enough for me to feel comfortable sharing my concerns about the cost. She listened and when asked if there was any discount offered, she didn't hesitate to offer me a lower price as she could hear my frustration.

41 8mm VideoTapes sent in and the work was done quickly. I am glad to have the digitized versions. Color is good - better than another digitizing effort done on home equipment.

The only concern was that two tapes ended up much shorter than the standard 2 hours for those tapes. I compared the originals and found missing events from the written descriptions. Customer Service had me send back those two tapes and the result was over one hour of video that was missed. So pay attention.

That said - Customer Service was courteous, had me send them back at their cost and they redid both tapes. I appreciated the good service to address that problem. Overall a good experience.

I have begun converting old photos, slides, VHS and even older 8mm film from our family archives. Service from iMemories was perfect. They handled all materials with care and service was timely. We have ordered out next box and expect to continue on with this so valuable digitization. Thank you

Had multiple slides and one reel converted to IMemories. Everything went very smoothly and to say my parents we excited was an understatement. It was so much fun looking through the slides and watching the reel of family members that happened before I was born. Thank you for what you do!

The shipping process went well, both sending and receiving back my 8mm film. Process to order a flash drive vs. a monthly subscription to have iMomories not clear. This almost resulted in the time allowed to order a flash drive before my digital data was removed. Given my travel an poor work/life balance, we have yet been able to view digital format on flash drive I had to order from them.
