Good experience, however I received to home videos back without explanation that they possibly contained copyright material and were not converted. I had to reach out myself to find out why. Other than that, great.

Great! The only thing (I probably shouldn't be surprised by) is that none of the tracking issues seems to be dealt with. Perhaps I'm wrong and it's partially so? Something to ask if this is a big thing for you. It was quicker than anticipated with the first batch made available and instantly watchable. The second batch followed a week or two later. Tapes came back right after. 9/10 Rating!

I have enjoyed watching the old videos from a long time ago. The digital versions were very clear and like new

Lost video quality with download, had to order hard drive copy

I'm so glad I found you all! The process from ordering, shipping and receiving final product was seamless and very intuitive to follow. All our videos came out great (for what VHS can produce LOL). I also love the ability to watch on Roku and Phone App, easy to share/view with friends and family. Thank you!

Couldn't hear the video audio and there was a tracking issue with lines on the screen. May have been a bad tape. Who knows. I dont even have a VCR anymore.

Only issue was knowing when to pick up the films and photos. I showed up after they said everything has been processed and they said it wasn't ready yet. I didn't know there would be an additional email regarding pickup (local).

The price and ease of sending my tapes was a plus and I had been intending to have them digitized for some time. I haven't figured out everything yet on saving and sharing with family so at this point I feel pretty good it is done and my originals are back in my possession.
