Very easy to preserve our family memories. Easy to access and view.

After digitizing my videos, I had some questions about certain videos that had copywrites attached to them and customer service took a very long time to get back to me. There were some customer service representatives that seemed like they were annoyed with me, and they really didn't want to deal with the questions I had. They wanted to let someone else deal with me. In the end i was able to get the videos digitized that I needed digitized so for that I'm very thankful.

This is a reliable and easy service to convert your media to digital. The downside is that it is not inexpensive. And in addition, to maintain access to your digital data will come at a fee.

Yes ago I tried having my tapes digitalized with a different company.
It was a disaster and not worth the money.
I Memories Did a fantastic job with my tapes and even fixed some that were a little messy.

I dug up an old VHS with a clip on it I hadn't seen in 30 years. I am happy to be able to see it again, though tbh, it wasn't quite worth the price, but that's on me, not iMemories. This service would be great for whole vacations or trips, or something. Fishing trips, weddings, etc... but I'd say make sure it's worth the price of the transfer services.

I sent all of my old home movies (over 100) and being the mother of 9 children and having lost one 15 years ago, preserving these movies meant everything to me. I have enjoyed watching these movies right from my phone with my children and grandchildren.
