Video tape was from the early 90's was able to share with family like I wanted after using this service.

My experience was excellent. I strongly recommend it to others.

I was thinking blurred images would become sharp, crisp, and refined, after transfer to digital. This was not found to be correct. Consider revising advertisement to describe what IS NOT a result of digital transfer.

Excellent quality. VHS were over 40 years old and they salvaged most of them. Very pleased

I had a 30 second video of a commercial I was in over 20 years ago given to me by the producers and they would not convert it. I sent in wedding video with poor lighting thinking it would be improved upon and nothing was done at all. Overall it was a huge waste of money.

I sent in several VHS tapes and V8 tapes. Some were over 30 years old- including my wedding video. Everything was done quickly and returned exactly like I sent them. Very happy and will definitely use them again

I have had old family videos and photographs digitized by Imemories approximately three times over the past year, and it has been been a great experience. The customer service and product has been great. They also return all the old photos back to the customer. I mistakenly deleted one of my digitized photos and thankfully they were able to restore my photo. Imemories responds quickly to any issues/questions.

It was an easy process and iMemories did a great job converting my videos digital and now I can view them any time I want.

The process to send in was really easy. I was waiting for a couple of VHS tapes to be digitized (that I prepaid for) but they apparently don't do that for anything from tv (which was in the fine print that I missed). My husband and I were contestants on a couple of game shows many years ago that we recorded and I was hoping to watch them again. I wish they would refund for those two. That's why I docked a star

I got my videos and they were good quality. However, here is my honest review of this company.

I would have rated 5 stars for the shopping experience, however, they make you think that you need to purchase their "safe ship" kit for $15 (it's literally in Step 1 of their guide). The "kit" is just a box with a little bubble wrap and a few large ziplock bags. What a RIP OFF! Only after I paid for everything was it clear to me that I could have just sent them in on my own. Don't be fooled by their 50% off deals. They always have this deal so never pay original price.

I rated 3 stars for satisfaction of products and services because you now expect me to pay a monthly fee to view the videos that I paid to be converted. You only have 30 days to view or download them. After this they will charge you a monthly subscription to view them.

If you get your media converted, be sure to download before 30 days trial has expired.

Loved the added goodies labels etc, Just more deals, Legacy has 7 cent negatives and coupons lol Screen grabs might be good too.

I was so excited when I received my photos and videos via on my phone then 30 days later highly disappointed that I have to pay $50 a year to continue watching them after paying $550
Had I of known that I would have bought the dvd version instead
