I was expecting some sort of arrangement of photos and not so many duplicates. Some of the picture quality is horrible and then to find out I can't sort, delete, arrange on an IPad I need a computer. That makes the whole point of this mute. Not a happy camper.

VHS tapes two digital was really dark not very viewable a little disappointed. The only part I was able to see is when a light was turned on and there was the only visible part of the video. I do not know what to do or how to fix this if I can get this burn back burned again to a DVD or a digital

The duplicate files that you saw, were on the DVDs that you sent in to be processed. When we do the digital conversion, we will remove all of the home video and photos from them and upload them to your account. We do not watch them in real time or look for duplicates.
