I sent several old tapes to be digitized. The quality of the digital format is excellent. I received all of my older tapes back, well packaged. I am very happy with the service and my purchase.

I sent quite a few tapes in to be converted. I was told that they would review and only publish the ones that look like family memories only got two tapes that were converted that were definitely family members. The other one looked like some Star Wars video or something which was totally useless to me I paid over $200 for very little Would definitely not use again

I submitted six VHS tapes and received them in a timely manner with great quality. This was an easy process and I will be using it again.

I had old home movies from the 1940s of my mother that I had never seen. They were tucked away in a box for more than 30 years. It was fun to see them and be able to share them with friends and family.

It took awhile to figure out how to download them, but I finally was able to.

Order was just as described. Timely shipments and turn around time. There is no app for Macbooks, but there is one for iPhone and iPads. Therefore you can download to those devices and share to your MacBook to edit there if your an IOS user. Never thought I would be able to have my videos from years ago in my Photos on MacBook!

This is a great way to save memories. However, once my trial ended I tried to have my videos and pics put on a CD(s) but I am unable to do so without purchasing a monthly/yearly subscription first. I don't appreciate having my memories held captive to never ending subscriptions when all I really wanted was to security them on a CD or USB. Would appreciate a solution

It was not a long wait and the tapes were mailed back quickly after I had the digital on the app. I didn't realize I had to pay a fee to continue to keep the video though. I thought it was the original cost and then video was mine. Otherwise it was a very easy process.

Movies came out fabulous. Converting more soon! Easy process and fairly quick.

Not sure if the poor quality of the recording was due to the copy made or by the originals iMemories had to work with.

The shipping was quick, the price was great, and I'm glad that I was able to have my tapes digitized!

I was expecting some sort of arrangement of photos and not so many duplicates. Some of the picture quality is horrible and then to find out I can't sort, delete, arrange on an IPad I need a computer. That makes the whole point of this mute. Not a happy camper.

Great service. Fast processing of your videos. Everything went smoothly sending in all my videos to have converted. Received all my originals back with no issues. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

VHS tapes two digital was really dark not very viewable a little disappointed. The only part I was able to see is when a light was turned on and there was the only visible part of the video. I do not know what to do or how to fix this if I can get this burn back burned again to a DVD or a digital
