I was so happy with the videos iMemories was able to convert to digital. I use their cloud storage and share it with my family. Very pleased.

Easy to submit tapes. Done is a timely fashion. Some are not very good quality but I realize that's because the tapes are old - nothing that imemories has done.
Throughout the process of digitizing my slides, I had a number of interactions with staff by phone. To a person, each was friendly, extremely helpful, and committed to seeing that I received the support I needed. When someone said they would call back, they called back. When I needed assistance with something, someone promptly either talked me through it or sent my instructions via email. I could not be happier.
IMemories is a wonderful service, my videos have been transferred, and saved so my Grandkids will be able to enjoy them also. I am happy I tried this service.
So happy our memories are safely on digital now. Only improvement would be to allow space in the album title for dates and descriptors.

I expected that my VHS tapes would be converted and I would be able to "own" them. But in the months after I was made aware that my viewing (streaming) was limited and I was encouraged to 'purchase' an iMemories cloud service. Friends used other services and I wish I had too. IMemories got more of my money that they should. I ended up purchasing Disc so I could watch my videos easily. I should have just done that at Walgreens. It's your business model and it serves you, not the customer.

We do try to give our customers as much information as possible to ensure they have the best experience with their memories! Customers have the freedom to preserve their memories in the way that suits them best. That may be DVDs/USB Drives, downloading to their computers at no charge or keeping them onine with a cloud storage subscription. They are still working on a couple of my videos, correct. But I keep getting an email saying my time has expired soon. And I have to keep calling and checking in which is kind of annoying. Tell me this lady call me, but in the meantime, I received email saying my time has expired, running out of time. I wish to stop the emails and just call me when my videos are ready. But when I do call, everyone is friendly and very nice and helpful. That is the only frustrating part. Is getting these Emails all the time.
I love the videos but I do NOT love the daily emails in my inbox. It is too much & will unsubscribe. Companies that send out too many emails or customer satisfaction surveys are overwhelming and so I'm sharing my thoughts on that business practice. The service you delivered was great, price was fair. I am happy, now please stop with the constant emails.

For not much interaction, they do as they advertise and the process that you are responsible for is really quite simple. Follow the few instructions and that's it. In fact even the website is user friendly and if I do another order, I doubt I would even have to call customer service. That's not a bad thing either because they are courteous and efficient.
