Satisfied to my expectations
It was beyond my expectations.

Excellent service. Prompt, responsive and efficient!

I expected to receive a thumb drive with my pictures on it. Not just digital that I've had to download. It took two weeks for the download to work.

I can still remember the sound of the projector and the smell of hot film, watching home movies in our basement - movies I haven't seen for about 50 years. IMemories let me re-live that experience (absent the sound and the smell) by digitizing film from as far back as 1945. Sent them 70+ reels, and only one was unsalvageable due to mold. Very satisfied with this service.

Customer service was very helpful. The turn around time was fast and they look good for the age and how they were treated.

Seems pretty expensive but I needed it done. I wish a dvd was just included as a back up.

All my photos and films were carefully labeled and protected and returned to me. I am using the iMemories online sight to store my photos and films. It's a little unfriendly when moving and deleting as it can be slow at times and I have made folders, but I haven't been able to make sub folders Everything is clear and fun going through. I like the service very much and plan to send more in soon.

I had over 3,000 photos saved in boxes that I finally got around to digitizing. I read the reviews from competitors and ultimately decided on iMemories. The process was just as I expected. Yes, it is expensive but understandably as it is a lot of work. I organized me photos by year groups, put in bags and labeled. There were A LOT of photos and iMemories digitized all the photos with no issue and they came back in the same way I sent them. I read people complaining about having to pay to see their photos, videos or slides? It was clearly explained and you are reminded by several emails when your 30 days subscription is expiring and you are offered an option to pay to have online access. I choose to download my photos on several hard drives and did not need this service.
I am overall pleased with the experience! What an accomplishment to have behind me!

The service was great once they finally realized that they had not processed my order. They said that they sent me an email asking for approval, but I didn't get it or see it... two years went by... that's too long. They should have tried harder to reach me and get my order done.

I didnt realize I could send my VHS tapes in without paying for one of your boxes. I could just send them to you in any box, but that wasnt immediately clear. Getting the videos and downloading them was great. There was one video they couldn't convert... I assume so anyway... It was sent back to me without it being converted or an explanation. Otherwise the service did its job. It just cost quite a bit more than I wanted to spend, so make sure you review all those details before you commit with this company.

Cannot believe I found the videos I've found and more importantly I can't believe I am able to watch them on my TV so easily

I have been overall pleased with my experience using iMemories. It was easy to package and send my media to be converted, and the website with my digital files is relatively easy to navigate. I felt that the prices were a little higher than I anticipated, but I did want all my family memories converted to digital, so it was worth it.

Satisfied with digitizing Beta tapes but it appears not downloadable. Pleas advise.

My only wish would be that I could arrange them in chronological order (by date) so that they stay that way permanently.Everytime I go to the site, they revert back to the way iMemories uploaded them.

I love viewing all my memories. I have always wondered what was on my Dad's film reels. Thank you for bringing them to life for me. Debra
