For not much interaction, they do as they advertise and the process that you are responsible for is really quite simple. Follow the few instructions and that's it. In fact even the website is user friendly and if I do another order, I doubt I would even have to call customer service. That's not a bad thing either because they are courteous and efficient.

The process was quick, easy, and the quality was really nice! It was wonderful watching videos I didn't even know I had!

Worth every penny family is very excited to see our memories

I was disappointed to find out that in order to view my digital memories I had to pay an app fee every month forever. That is just wrong and misleading.

So glad I did it. I've thought about converting old tapes from when the kids were little for years. Now that our baby is graduating from college, the timing couldn't have been better. And, it was so easy! Just put all my tapes in a postage paid box and in no time I had a notification in my email that our precious memories were ready to view. I've had a ball sending out "daily downloads" here and there to the kids as I watch one or two that I think they'd get a kick out of.

Oh, and my parents have each gotten to see special footage of their parents (who have been gone for years now). What a gift.

I called a couple times, and was given detailed information on what they would do upon receipt of them and what steps followed. They digitized them just as I specified in my organization of them. Very pleased with the process.

It is such a treasure to watch all of our old home movies and to share them with family. I especially love being able to watch them on the imemories app on our smart tv. Thank you imemories for bringing those memories back to life for me!

I sent for the box. Went through my slides and packaged them up. Sent them to IMemories in their box. Received notice my slides were on line. Viewed them downloaded them on a flash drive. It was very easy. Will do more slides soon.
