It's easy to have the iMemories box shipped to you to put your pictures into and send. Soon after, everything you sent is returned, and the email with the downloading of your pictures/videos is easy to access and view.

I thought the app and website was not always easy and I needed a lot of customer support.
Everything turned out great and the customer service was EXCELLENT.
I really hated to pay so much for such a big box to ship my movies in. I didn't have that many. I didn't like how the initial transaction of ordering and paying for "the box" was blind (i.e. Not much information about what to expect next).
