I have used iMemories for digital conversions of videos, slides and photos. I couldn't be more pleased with the results!

Seeing the movie that was me when I was maybe a week old that I did not know existed was priceless.
I watch it every day. The quality is amazing. The film is about 67 years old.

I have taken tons of videos of my kids when they were little. I found one when my youngest was born and my oldest was 6. I put the video tape into my old VCR and I heard a funny noise. I took the tape out and some of the tape came out. I was in a panic. I am very obsessive over my pictures and videos. I order an iMemories kit and it came quickly. The process was easy. When I received word that my videos were uploaded, I was so thrilled. They saved my video. I couldn't be happier with iMemories.

Some of the tapes I sent were of single productions and were not of copyright restrictions, yer you deem it necessary to refuse to difgitize my tapes because they were recorded in a more professional manner. These include 10 of the 33 tapes I sent. I wish I knew of these restriction and would have taken another road in getting what I needed. As it turns out the other road would have saved me money.

We had some very old VHS tapes and iMemories was even able to salvage most of them, and the audio is quite good especially considering the age of the tapes! It's so nice to have all the family photos also on this USB (and on-line). Great job there also.
The only thing that I thought was a little "not so great" was that photos were taken out of their original photo books by iMemories staff yet not put back into the photo books, just left loose. Also, I sent photos in some kind of order, and when they were copied iMemories has them in a more ad hoc, mixed up display of pictures with no order at all. But, overall, it's very, very good and I'm so glad that we preserved these family photos/videos! Thank you, iMemories.

I am so impressed by how clear my videos and DVDs came out. I had everything digitally transferred to the cloud and the price was less than I had originally anticipated. I have a friend who now wants me to send in her memories for her. Thank you, iMemories.

The quality is only as good as the technology at the time and the skill, or lack thereof, of the photographer.

I submitted quite a few 38MM videos and a few VHS to have digitized. They were quick to answer any questions via email or phone. All of the digital videos came back pretty quickly considering we are on separate coastlines! I would definitely use them again.

It is easy to order the boxes and understand the process to send your memories for digitizing.

I was skeptical about the service at first, but I stepped out on faith & gave it a try anyway. Now I'd recommend the service to anyone.

I spent about 18mths sending in my various pictures and old films which iMemories diligently converted them to digital! It is a bit pricey, but it is worth it.

Turn around time was decent. The videos bring back so many memories.

I was not aware that I had only ordered my VHS tapes to be in digital format that required a monthly/yearly subscription in order to access them. Now the only way I have access to them is to pay a fee. (I obviously missed reading that information). I was under the impression I ordered, with a 50% discount, for them to be on a thumb drive. I obviously did not submit the right selection.

I had about 100 hours of camcorder footage that had been sitting around the house in a small box. After finding these memories and looking for ways to watch them back, I stumbled upon your company online and decided to pull the trigger on getting them digitized. The whole process took less than a month from when I sent the package out. I am very happy with the video quality. The only downside was the hours long wait time to get the downloads approved before I was able to download them. That is a minor inconvenience to me. Outside of that, it was like uncovering buried treasure to see these preserved memories.

It was a little bit of a confusing process but was happy in the end.
