Process was effortless. Wonderful to be able to save some video that was over 70 yrs old

The process was very easy. I sent VHS tapes the first time. They were not kept very well, mostly in the garage. I didn't have much hope for them, but most of them came out. How well they came out mostly because of the original format of the tape. My second order was for 8mm from the 50's and 60's. No sound, but some of them were pretty good. Happy with the overall experience.

Everyone that I talked to was very helpful and glad to help me.

The conversion of my slides to digital was well done. The program to organize and sort them I found very cumbersome. That program was also prone to errors. It would repeatedly copy three times and then you had to delete duplicates one by one.

The first order was missing the most important video. I ordered more copies and made sure that one was included. Not sure how it was missed the first time because we ordered all videos the first time. The quality is exactly the same or worse as on VHS tape nothing was upgraded. Not sure if that was supposed to be included or not.

I love being able to just share my videos with my children and being able to watch on my phone by the click of an app.

Scans were completed in a timely fashion. Quality of the scans was just shy of excellent. Only disappointment is that the requests made in the cover letter are not passed on to the individuals doing the scans.

I so appreciate that iMemories was able to reproduce my old videos in digital form and for the most part did a great job for a very reasonable price! As an additional service, I would love if they could improve the quality of the originals by 1) improving the sound ie. Removing buzzing on sound tracks 2) saturating color and 3) sharpening images.

I have wanted to watch our old home movies for years, but we no longer had a VCR. It is so nice to open the app and be able to relive those memories. One thing they don't tell you upfront, it is 50.00 a year or 7.99 a month to have the app yo watch your movies.

The iMemories experience was smooth and easy and the results just what we had hoped for.

I sent over 30 small video tapes from 20-30 years ago that required a VHS converter (which had broken) to view. One of our favorite small videotapes had gotten stuck in the converter and I wrote a note to please try and save that video and they did! We had labels on almost all of the tapes which they used and ones that did not, they provided a title "Family Video 4," which made it easy to view/organize. Within the link to each tape, they separated out different takes, which was great for finding/organizing/sharing. The discount provided was generous and a WONDERFUL investment. I wish we had done this years ago so we could have enjoyed them earlier.

I was shocked by the actual cost of this process. The digital videos have not been edited in any way and appear grainy, shaky, and dark like they were in the films. I did not expect any editing work, just a file transfer. So I paid $$$.$$ of dollars for a tech to pop this film into a machine and for that machine to do a straight copy with no edits. This experience has convinced me to buy a DVD/CD reader for the rest of the materials.

After my initial apprehension of sending my valuable memories for fear of losing them, the fact that they were traceable by the carrier helped my concerns. Also I expected it to be very expensive, which was mitigated by their 50% off offer. Lastly, the fact that I can keep them on my own media sealed the deal. THANKS!

I was very surprised how much I love doing this. It was easy. They are very thorough. They do pay attention to your order and make sure that you're not paying or re-creating something you already got done. We have all our memories now digitalized and we are so happy. Thank you for, a wonderful job iMemories. I definitely recommend this company to use

I've sent in several tapes to be digitalized and have not been disappointed. Bringing back so many memories from my childhood and see all my relatives and friends that are no longer with us has brought tears to my eyes many times. Love watching them over and over again and sharing them with my family.

My loving wife a best friend of 50yrs passed and pictures are great however these old videos some of 30+yrs speak of a great times that you can see and hear how precious is that Thank God 😊
