So relieved that all my children's baby videos and ancestry photos have been digitized so that I don't have to worry about loss or destruction.

I was amazed by how easy and fast the process was. I just sent them my tapes, digitized them, and uploaded them to a secure online account. I could review, edit, and share them with my family and friends. IMemories did a great job of preserving my precious memories and enhancing their quality. I high recommend their service to anyone who wants to save their old videos.

Great service and results met expectations. I have had movie reels, vhs, super 8 all scanned along with 2000 slides and negatives. All turned out great.

The conversion of our home videos was fast and well done. There were some problems with the website login - it would spin & spin & never log me in. I discovered if I closed the failed page and went back to the original email with the login link & clicked that, it would take to the website & I'd be logged in (but only after trying to login & being frustrated). This process made it a pain to access the videos but once I got them all downloaded I was happy (mostly - one seemed to be mislabeled & oddly some videos were spliced into multiple digital files).

I sent 30 items and received them within the time frame that was quoted. Easy to use and view my items. Received all my items back in a timely matter.

My experience was smooth and went off without a hitch. I received my memories a lot quicker than expected. I am definitely pleased and would use this service again.

Took some old home movies, sent them safely away and they were safely returned. I now have everything quickly, efficiently, and effectively digitized. I downloaded the digital files and have them on several USBs and feel like I've successfully preserved my family's memories.

Did not load properly onto the smart tv and we are not able to see the videos that we purchased.
