At times, it takes a loooong time for the download to be ready. Even if it's just one item, it might take a couple hours. At other times, the downloads are ready fairly soon.

So worth it to have all my memories digitized and readily available.

Every step in the process went exactly as stated. Some of our Super8 film was over 50 years old. How great it was to see these again! What memories! We are very pleased. Customer service was extremely helpful when we ordered the DVDs and USB. Highly recommend iMemories.

Overall, the entire process revolved around speedy service to be sure!

I was very pleased with the digitized picture that I received; however, I was a bit disappointed with the videos. I'm not sure if it was the quality of the videos that I sent, or if it was another problem. I will use your services in the future and have recommended them to several of my family and friends already.

They were very quick in getting my videos converted! That was awesome! I expected the quality of the videos to be a little better, but I don't know if that's their process or the degredation of the videos?

The conversion process was seamless, and we got our originals back. Playback was ok. We went through the url and have not yet tried the app. Some of the recordings have audio issues, with broken sound in the beginning. It seems to work itself out after a bit, b
It detracts from viewing. Trying to find a particular point in the video is difficult. We are using Safari and iPad and while it looks like we are moving through the video, it ends up at the beginning. Overall, we have enjoyed watching and sharing them.
