I sent my old video in and I was sent an updated video I can use and share on my phone, iPad or my Mac. It was a smooth transaction. I did not have to do anything else. I am very happy.

It is great to have the videos of all different formats preserved. It is so easy to watch and share with others!

Good I would have wanted to be contacted when the disc of photos was not on the order and I didn't find out until you returned the disc with a note that they were not on the order.

I was nervous sending all the tapes in one shipment but you made sure you let me know when they arrived and kept me updated as they were being converted. Our family loved watching all the tapes from so many years ago… it brought back so many wonderful memories.

This was so easy and of course I cried seeing when my 20 year old was a baby. What a beautiful gift to myself to watch these. And family videos that are so amazing thank you for converting and sending me back my tapes safe and sound.

It was great, i didnt no, that you would take each mini DVD and upload it as segments. I expected just the full 60 minute video uncut this was brilliant.

Jumpy in places. Out of focus. Need more time to convert to dvd or thumb drive.

Easy to ship materials to iMemories. The digitizing process was quick (even with hundreds of materials sent) and the materials were easy to review in the trial period for Cloud storage. Hard copies of our materials were returned safe and sound. I want to have our digitized materials put on USB drive(s) and am trying to get that accomplished now.

Photos were scanned at high quality and returned promptly.

I sent iMemories VHS tapes of an interview recorded of our company. They wouldn't digitize and claimed it was because of the content being copyrighted. However, the release and proof of purchase was printed on the VHS. I couldn't get a new release since the tape was 28 years old, and they tried to charge me for the service even though nothing was complete.

Went the extra mile to take photos out and return them to album pages - also very accurate in naming each file as a year-group

You did a good job with an old guy who does not like to use a computer.

Prompt and friendly service with personal followup. Still need to learn how to edit.

The conversion of VCR tapes was quick and good quality. Only disappointed that 20 year old clips from TV news couldn't be done because of copyright issues. I'd think a procedure should be possible where the user attests that the content will not be used for commercial purposes. But if that's the law I understand. Most of my tapes couldn't be converted for that reason.

I had been looking at that box of tapes for years! I am so glad I finally did something about it.

Good and fun to see old videos

I do not like having to fill out forms. Especially when forced to do a lot of thinking and typing.
