I have had a hard time the two times I've used iMemories in saving the videos to my desktop or to a flash drive. I've called the helpline and she got me started but as soon as I got large files, they wanted to zip Them and that did not save to my desktop. Instructions are online aren't very clear either. I'll have to call again.

I am happy with the service. The videos are good but some spots are really blurry and you can't see who the people are at times. Other than that I am happy overall.

I had so many tapes from a camcorder I had years ago, I had no idea what was even on them. I sent them into Imemories and within about a week, I had access to view them all. It was fantastic to not lose these personal memories to technology changes. I even shared some of the memories with friends who were on some of the videos. So easy from start to finish, so glad I did!

I think that the product was overpriced. I think that there should have some kind of package deal. I had several videos to upload and the original price would have been over $600 dollars.
It was a super easy process to send in videos and have them create digitally. However, I did not realize after paying to have them processed that I would have to then pay a monthly fee to be able to watch them after 30 days. I just want to have them in my possession forever and not have to login to another website and keep paying for them.

I sent my old video in and I was sent an updated video I can use and share on my phone, iPad or my Mac. It was a smooth transaction. I did not have to do anything else. I am very happy.
