The process is a little confusing and unclear, customer service was not very helpful. The videos were converted and look good. They are a bit pushy about getting the service and don't rely on satisfaction

IMemories got the job done when Kodak could not! I sent 40 tapes to iMemories and 40 to Kodak. IMemories got the job done in half the time (6 weeks). When we got the Kodak order back, we noticed 3 tapes were not scanned. The result was a blue screen. These tapes were very important to us with memories 40 years old. So we sent them to iMemories to try to scan. We got these 3 tapes back in about one week. These scans had our memories on them and one was in a set of 11 tapes as they were a vacation to Europe.
The attitude at iMemories was one of "wanting to help". Kodak was overwhelmed as they complained of not having enough employees. They came across as not really caring about our memories.
I would definitely use iMemories to scan my tapes!

I had a hard time figuring out how to share the videos with my siblings. It wasn't as intuitive as it should have been.

I sent 35 mm film and beta/ vhs tapes to be converted. They were and were returned within the promised time.

I had so many (a little over 200) slides/negatives that I wanted to convert to digital. While there are ways to do it myself I just don't have the time. I thought the pricing was fair and it's a relief to have them available to download to my PC, laptop and phone.

I found this service online, logged in, completed my information and within a week i received a box with instructions, placed all my vhs tapes in safe plastic bags provided and placed them back in box provided and dropped of at a nearest fedex dropoff. I received an email letting me know all my tapes had been digitized and approximately 2 weeks after i recieved all the vhs tapes in a box. The end result was the best. Being able to see so many wonderful memories of which some i did not even remember! Also, being able to share them with others as well.

Sent in movies of different lengths in 8 mm color. All reproduced well and given the title on the box.

From start to finish the experience was a breeze with Imemories. I was nervous about sending my precious memories off to a faraway place but I was able to track them via the prepaid label via FedEx. Once they received my videos, they communicated all of the steps. Within a week I had all of my home movies shared in an email so that I could view them on my phone and computer. This company has been nothing but amazing and has brought back my children's childhood so that I can share with them now that they're all grown!

I just sent my second box of videos to I memories. Now my children and in-laws are enjoying the videos. There were some videos I had forgotten about. We sent three different sizes of video tapes and Imemories handled them all.

I was able to gift this to my mom for Mother's day. She hasn't seen these videos since she took them, it was so special to be able to watch her watch them. The second she opened the first video and realized what it was, she burst into tears and has watched hours of the footage everyday. This was the most special gift and she has said many times that no gift will ever be able to top it. Thank you so much for allowing me to give this once in a lifetime gift to her! I wish I could submit the photos of her seeing the videos for the first time.

Thank you for converting the eight 8mm video cassettes. Four were not labeled and I did not know if they were used or not. They could have been blank. They were, in fact, used. Thank you for bringing to light family memories I did not know existed.
