Confusing and deceptive would not recommend to anyone unfortunately
The service is good, but the only suggestion is to improve the mobile app. It crashes all the time and is mostly unusable.
After several tries including adjusting the sound and images, your staff worked very hard to turn three of my old 16mm films into digital format. The final product was quite good and no doubt the best they could possibly be. Many thanks. Tim Sappington

It took me awhile to actually pack up my vcr's after I received my mailing box. Once I got them packed up and mailed off the process was so easy. I started receiving my videos via email and it instantly took me down memory lane. I am truly thankful for this service and I no longer need to carry around or store the original copies with outdated vcr 's

I had super 8s from 50 years ago and my HS graduation and wedding videos from the 90s. All look grate (as grate as 30 year old video can look). My family had a blast reliving these memories that had just been sitting around for years
