Quick turn around if digitizing old 8 mm movies so we could edit them into a shorter collection of family videos

Overall I was satisfied. They were old movies, no sound, and now I can watch them: -)

This is the absolute best thing to do ever with your old home movies! It has been so great for our 91 year old dad to be able to watch these on his Smart TV.

I was satified and certainly enjoyed the online viewing. However my sister said the reproduction was not as clear. But I would recommend iMemories and use them again.

I had wanted one picture renewed due to fading and redness. I though they would do that when they digitized the pics anyway but none were fixed.

After I submitted my order and paid for it, I found out of a bigger discount iMemories were offering. I wrote them and explained it and they automatically refunded me the different. Bravo to them for understanding the need of their customer. Times are tough but it was a nice experience. I would recommend to many of my friends and family.

I sent a large box of mostly old 8mm film with many being unlabeled. Purchased from a discounted offer. I had figured an estimated cost based on their website description. The quote I received back was much higher and to have anything put on CD or memory stick were an additional charge and cloud storage was another monthly charge. I spent a fair amount to have a handful digitized. I thought the film would be labeled as they labeled them upon return, but were not. I had no way of knowing if any were empty, if they were unable to convert or what as some had part of tape attached. I was trying to pass tapes onto appropriate family members. It was great seeing some of the old memories and easy to download onto a memory stick. Some were poor quality. Most decent. Can't afford to do the rest

IMemories did an excellent job of helping me clear out some closet space and make sure memories are stored for us in a way that is easily and conveniently accessible. No longer do I need to fear that these precious photos, videos, etc. might be damaged or lost forever. The process was professional, quick and they handled my precious stuff with great care.

Things I haven't seen nor remembered in decades are back! I couldn't love them more. I am so very pleased with the level of safety and care that was taken with all of my cassettes.

They were able to restore digitize multiple different forms of film I sent in from over 70+ years ago. The whole family is able to view. This is a blessing that I wish I could have shared with my Mom & Dad while they were still living.

Imemory did a fantastic job digitizing my precious VHS and 8 mm tapes. It was so simple to place the tapes in a Imemory box and drop it off at FedEx. I opted to have the on-line feature so I can share my videos.
