My order was well done. If I have more to convert, I would use Imemories.

All formats (VHS, VHS-C, cassettes, slides, PAL) were quickly and professionally converted to digital format. Great communication along the process and my originals were returned in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I was happily surprised at the quality of the videos and pictures capturing memories from the past, especially our kids.

It's piece of mind knowing my memories were preserved and no tracking issues while I would be watching on the VCR. I also had odd size
Cassettes of family movies from an older camera that did not work. My husband passed away and we never saw the tapes. What a pleasant surprise they were able to convert them. We would never have been able to see these since the camera no longer worked.

This is the second time I've used imemories and my experience both times has been very positive. All of our VHS tapes and DVDs were handled and returned with care. They send updated emails on their progress, too. I also like that they gave me a quote before I decided what I wanted to do. It's definitely worth the price! We are very pleased with our digitalized memories that I can easily share with family so we can enjoy them for years to come!

The box to pack my media in arrived quickly with good packaging to protect it in transit. Processing went quickly done in a couple weeks as expected and I'm pleased with the digitized results. Thank you!

I'm so happy I finally sent my old video tapes in to get digitized. I can pull them up on my MacBook anytime and watch the special memories!

I was a little skeptical, but saw so many good reviews from customers, I just had to try. I am very pleased with the outcome!

My dad used to take pictures and also slides. No one had seen them in probably 50 years. IMemories did an amazing job with them. We have had so much fun reliving memories. It's just wonderful!

I'm thankful that iMemories was able to recover most of my VHS tape. I was disappointed that they weren't able to recover the last part of the tape. It was of my husband that passed away several years ago.

I ordered this for my mom. It took awhile for us to get the videos together on our end, but it remained the same great price regardless! I managed to lose the card that was supposed to go with the videos, but a quick call to customer service solved that problem and our videos came back within a month of when I sent them. It was perfect timing to share the memories with my parents and brothers on Father's Day!

Saw your ad online, called, ordered shipping box, sent, received 2-3 weeks later. Simple. (Even for this non savy computer guy)

Once settled on price, everything was done with smooth transaction. Only issue I have is price is based on piece of media when some of mine had 5 pictures to upload vs 20 videos on others.

The only problem was I ended up having to pay for two copyrighted tapes that could not be reproduced.

Every service was a la carte and that was unexpected. I'm sorry I initiated iMemories and not another service

I ordered the kit, received it, then got busy and didn't act on it. It was nice to receive a reminder call.
