Just had the second batch of VHS tapes I mailed into iMemories posted and am enjoying them as much as my initial order several months ago. Excellent customer service and follow through from start to finish with these people. I highly recommend them!

Easy to do. Do need to still convert digital for sharing. That is still to be done.

Great experience, besides one tape that wasn't mine but they claim I sent in. It has a family and their pets who I've never seen before.

The process of having my memories digitized was very streamlined. IMemories did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner and I am excited to be able to run my photos on my TV to eliminate all the pictures sitting around that others may not see and that have to be dusted.

Sent in mixtures of multi family photos in multi-formats. They did a great job of eroding everything straight.

Overall my experience was good. I had videos on my vhs tapes that were not copied and I'm not sure why. It was rather pricey but well worth it. My oldest daughters in the videos was taken from this earth way to soon so these memories are priceless.

My only complaint is the quality of the videos. This could be what I gave them to work with I am sure. Old video from VCHS-c tapes.
I would have lost all the memories if they had not digitally converted them.

Overall experience was great! Only complaint I have is I wish it was less wait time once the videos were sent in until the time I received the digital copies!

Overall I was very pleased. IMemories digitized home movies (mini vhs) from when my kids were little. I purchased the box to ship them in so I was confident they would arrive safe. Walking down memory lane was priceless! I took one star off because there is no control over when your items ship back to you. They shipped my product when I was out of town and it sat outside in the rain for 5 days and thankfully wasn't stolen.
