Very good conversion of very old films~1920's-1950's. Would love cleaner versions but old film is old film and subject to deterioration. Would recommend the program for your history albeit somewhat expensive yet potentially priceless!

It was a good experience. We kept putting it off, thinking it would take a lot of time to get all of our videos sent. We were also concerned about losing videos through the mail. IMemories, made the process very easy and they track your videos well. I wish we would have done this sooner.
I sent tons of tapes into IMemories and the experience has been great! The box to send the tapes in is sturdy and comes with protective bags and bubble wrap. You can track your order to see where it is along the way. They confirm when they receive and start to upload as well! It has been a wonderful trip down memory lane, and seeing and hearing my sister on these tapes as she passed almost 25 years ago! Warms your heart and wonderful to share with her now adult children and grandchildren! Thanks so much!
Quick and easy to gather, mail in and receive back all our tapes….great to be able to go online and project them onto our tv for the whole family to watch
I am well pleased with the service and I have since purchased more video streaming from them. However, if you receive a returned video marked as blank, please check it out before you discard it. That is the only problem I have had with this company.
I submitted 12 tapes and only 10 were produced. I had to contact customer service to find out what happened to the other two. This information should have gone into the cloud explaining what happened. I thought the one that was blank would only be charged $0.99. However I have not received a refund on that one.
I had several questions, contacted support and the person to whom I spoke was US based and very helpful.
The super 8 movies were a little blurry. Not sure if that was due to age or the transfer process. I enjoyed seeing them anyway. Slides came out great. They were mostly of art work and the format didn't always accommodate the correct orientation of the work. But that is a minor problem
We digitized a bunch of camcorder and vhs tapes, and this will stay in the family for generations to come
The process was very easy and we received the original tapes back as well.
Took two tries to get it right but customer service was great with error and pleased with results. I had sound film but they didn't transfer the sound so had to write customer service but they did a great job. (Another sound film was transferred at low volume but I didn't bother to re-do that one) Otherwise service was good, easy and affordable at half price offer. Will have more media transferred.
I'm glad to have found iMemories on social media to be able to digitize videos that my dad took before he passed away. I plan to use them again and continue going down memory lane with my mom and sibling. I plan to save up money to do more with this business.

Although the experience is a little pricey, it was worth saving all of VHS memories that have been collecting dust for years. I loved being able to view all of my videos on my smart tv through the app. The process was very quick and the customer service was very helpful when I had a question.
