IMemories was timely and did a good job.
I would definitely recommend this service to my friends.

It was great to see my childhood memories replayed because of memories great work. Some of the videos were a little blurry but considering the age of the cassettes and the user at the time it's expected.

Customer service was excellent.
I expected more editing ability---edited tapes are chunky between takes. I could not get them to meld smoothly...and my downloads do not automatically splice together.
Highly recommend for tapes that do not need editing, though.

When my son and I found out what imemories could do to restore my viewing of my old movie film I decided to go ahead. We are glad we did. My grandchildren can see their great great grandparents as well as other distant relatives. They are getting to see their grandma water ski.

Registered for an account a week later received the packing material to mail my videotapes. Within 10 days I had digital videos of the tapes. Then about two weeks later I received all my tapes back securely packaged.

I've been putting off transferring mini-VHS and mini-CDs to digital, partially because of the cost, but also because I had them all around the house. I knew the process could be costly due to the large number of items to transferred, but LOVED that a 50% off coupon was included with the ordering of the box that cut my costs in half! My family is having a lot of fun reviewing the memories we recorded up to 25 years ago. Thank you iMemories for bringing our memories to life again!

Old vhs from 1979 - some tracking problems, but good overall

IMemories helped my mom's home videos, from when she was a little girl, come to life again. We were able to give her the best birthday present, by allowing her to see videos of her parents, who have both been gone for over 20 years. Our whole family was able to see videos we've never seen before. It was truly a magical moment and it's all thanks to iMemories! I was hesitant to send our reels off, but they came back in the same condition we sent them in, and they also came back quickly. I was also blown away by how quickly our order was processed. We recently downsized in homes and every space is needed. We have 36 boxes of slides =3600 slides, we need the space. Also we live in Arizona now and noticed the closet was very hot (added insulation now), so concern about quality. I have been sending out several at a time and we enjoy watching them on our TV. The 50% coupons are the way to go and are always available. I also like that I can take the slides to my local Walgreens for pick up by Federal Express. Thank you.
