This was the perfect way to convert videos for our family. It was so easy and didn't take much effort on our part at all

The turnaround time was excellent. I sent my package to them on June 5th; I got a quote for the conversion cost on the 17th; all of my content was available by the 25th; and I had by originals back by the 30th.
I especially liked the fact that some content was available for review before the rest of my order was completed. It was easy to view my content both on my iPad and on my desktop computer. Downloading was easy to do. I ordered a flash drive as a backup for my content and it was delivered in 10 days. The company's communication is excellent!

I wasn't sure if I could part with my videos but I am so glad that I did! The digital access and app have been a blessing to our family across the country. We watch and rewatch them often. The iMemories team has shown us how to edit and sort the videos so they are easy to go back and find. They even sent back our original videos. I have told d retune I know about this wonderful experience and encourage them to digitize their old family videos.
I sent old family memories that had already been converted to DVD's. Some started as reel-to-reel film. They did NOT enhance or repair any of the images. I was surprised when I got the bill that there was a mandatory charge to return the original DVD's of over $30.00! THEY WILL NOT THROW THEM AWAY! I got them to remove that fee, and disposed of them when I got them back.
I thought I would never be able to see these memories again until I found i memories!
I sent both reel-to-reel, VHS and over 600 photos and I am so very happy with the results of the final products. Thank you!
Great experience, I had some old videos that another company stated they couldn't transfer. IMemories was able to convert most of them for me.
This company provides a such a wonderful gift to the heart. I have told everyone they must do this. I have shared the videos with all my family. My grandchildren love watching their parents when they were young. I love that I am able to sign on anywhere play the videos. Hi Ann, Thank you for your feedback. When we do the digital coversion, in order to make any adjustments we need the original recording. You sent in DVD copies of the original film reels. The original film reel(s) were played on a projecter and a video camera was set up to record the screen it was playing on. The video on the DVD is how the movie played on the screen. There are no adjsutmenst that can be made on a recording of a recorded video.
We do not store, discard or destroy any customers original media, so it is always returned to the customer. This information is noted, a couple times, in the Starter Guide that is included inside the Safeship Kit as well as on our website. We do also suggest customers hold onto their orginals, just in case anything happens to your digital copies. The majority of our customers do want them back, as they can hold sentimental value.
