This was a very simple process. I had five VHS tapes of old family vacations. IMemories created a shipping label for me, I mailed the tapes to them, and within 10 days, I had a message that my first tape was ready to view/download! I didn't realize my digitizing would take place in stages; I thought I'd be notified when all were done. That allowed me to view them, download them, and save them along the way. The downloading process was simple and did not take long at all. (There is a disclaimer that it may take up to 12 hrs for a download, and mine did not). I also chose the "Enhance with AI" option, which was also part of the 50% off coupon code iMemories offered, and I'm glad I did. My tapes are 20 and 30 yrs old, so I wanted the images to be as good as they could be. I've now gotten all of my downloads saved to multiple USBs to give to family members. It did cost a lot for me to get my tapes back- $25. I wish shipping them back to me had been less costly, but overall, I am happy with the quality, the price, and the speed at which this process was completed. I needed to connect with customer service a couple of times and they were easy to contact and very helpful. Thank you!

This was a great experience. Quick turnaround and I love being able to access and share precious memories that hadn't been seen for so long.

Got back my box with negatives. One of may favorites, which was a single, larger negative, was quite orange and the picture was flipped. Most of the others were okay, but I had expected better quality from the 35 mm film that I had stored so carefully for 40 years. I tried a post scanning AI option to see if they would crisp up. Most doubled in storage size with non-detectable changes and many digital photos were not given the AI treatment. I am not sure why. Overall it is nice to have the digital photos. Because the negatives were generally clumped into a fairly large file for download, it has taken me many hours to separate the rolls of films. I had sent in each roll in a separate sleeve, so I was surprised when they came back in bunches rather than rolls.

Totally enjoyed the few I've watched - so many, taking my time in doing so. However, I have a mystery. How do I share with my relatives - those who definitely show up in the films? I'm definitely not experienced in computer stuff, thus my problem. But sure love what you are doing! The enhancement was so worth the cost!

All of the successful conversions are fantastic and easy to share and access. Anything not converted was explained and refunded if possible. Great customer service and experience!

This is the third time that I have sent off large batches of photos and negatives to be digitized. Great experience… I will continue to use them as I digitize our entire life collection.

We sent our home videos (VHS, 8MM & Super 8 formats) in to be digitized. The results appear to be fairly good given the age of some of these tapes. It appears a few files may not have sound associated with them; not sure if it was due to our tapes or something happened during the digitization process. Overall, this project accomplished our desired goals.

So many old memories of my children, parents, and grandparents are now digitized. I can show these to my sisters and cousins. Great memories of some who have passed on. The quality is good. The process was straightforward. I received back the originals as promised. Tracking throughout.

My only wish is that I could have been given the opportunity to see an example of AI enhanced. I would not buy a "pig in a poke". Without an example, I declined. Wish they would show me what they are selling.

I sent in 12 8 mm tapes to be converted to digital and it turned out great all the movies or just as I hoped it would be great memories and now I don't have to worry about tapes getting ruined thank you

What I like was there were very clear instructions on the process and steps to sending off my vhs to get it digitized. They sent originals backs. Everything was done in a timely manner.

I wanted to preserve some special memories of my husbands. I thought the pictures would be on a disk, but unfortunately I did not order them that way so I am going to download them on a disk myself. My experience with iMemories has been a good one.

I have been saying I'm going to do this for years, and i finally did. I'm so thankful I did it now. Our pictures are good, but the videos are great! They are funny and bring back many wonderful memories with the children. I couldn't be more pleased.

I know that my order was not completed. My Baptism was not done. No excused will do.

Easy and quick - trusted based on friends experience

I have spent the last year, organizing my mother's lifetime photos after she passed away. I wish that I had done this while she was alive.

I memories help to make complete my project converting all the negatives and slides into digital photos that were easily downloadable. I wish that I had known about this service a year ago I would've used them for everything all of the VHS tapes all of the real real tapes, all of the photographs they could've handled. But I am thrilled with this outcome.!

I'm happy with the quality of the digital conversion. I have had some trouble with the website. My albums were listed in 2 rows, and when I clicked the 3 dots to download the albums in the second row, the web page would not scroll down far enough to select "download". I had to reduce the size of the webpage to see the "download" button. Still, it was great to be able to watch home movies I haven't seen not seen in a very long time.
