A nightmare from start to finish. The glasses were obvious fakes. I sent them back via express mail for a full refund (as had been promised) only to have them refuse to give me my money back. I got AMEX involved and finally AMEX credited the money.
Do not order from this website.

This site is completely fraudulent. They sent me a fake pair of glasses in the wrong size. I returned them for a refund which I never received. I am still working the claim with my bank after five months of nonsense.

FRAUD DO NOT USE I LOVE GLASSES.COM I sent in an order and paid my money. After a month of emails back and forth they were constantly telling me the glasses would be coming! They never arrived and I requested a refund. They said this would take up to three days. Well it has been 10 days and I am still waiting!

This is fraudulent. I sent them money and never got my goods. I had to call my bank to get my money back. The phone number on the site goes to a cell phone and they never replied to my emails.

Its a fraud website. I sent them money few months back and havent got my goods yet. They didnt even reply to my mails after they got my money. These people are thieves! Should be ashamed of themselves
