I think Iloveglasses.com; todaysframes.com; and their alias names as a company are a fraud. I ordered glasses before Christmas&checked off overnight delivery. My confirmation came in from 2 different companies&they charged my credit card but billed for regular delivery. I tried calling number on their website but it was a non working number. I e-mailed them and got a response from a different e-mail address, also did not match the e-mail on web. I asked for a call to discuss- I kept getting strange e-mail responses but no call. They were stalling… finally a week later they wrote that the glasses I ordered were scratched and do I want to order another pair or get a refund. I called Am Ex to report them &will see if I get credited a refund. NIGHTMARE! I would stay away!

This place is a total rip-off. Any good review on here I'm sure was either written by them or paid for. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. First they didn't have the glasses I ordered, then promised to send them express, which they didn't, so they were lost in the mail. Additionally when I tried calling, no one would pick up, they would only communicate via email. I even sent them my phone number and never got a response. BUYER BEWARE!

****Very Poor Customer Service****I ordered sunglasses on March 18 credit card was dinged the same day. Received 2 different confirmations of order received with no ship info. Called 2 different phone numbers on their site but recorder only / no return call received 6 days later. Inquired via email on 3/21 and received a canned response the following day informing shipment would happen 1-5 days. On day 8 inquired again & received a response frames were not in stock and would be avalable in a few days. I cancelled my order. It's impossible to speak to a live person to get a straight answer. I make several purchases every month from various sites & have never run into such poor service. I spoke t a live person@ Georgiashades.com and the same item will be shipped today!

I had never used Iloveglasses.com before although my daughter had recommended Iloveglasses.com to me when I was looking for a particular product. I ordered at christmas time. Iloveglasses was very good at letting me know when this product was available. It was easy to order and my order came in quickly. It was given as a gift, it wasn't the correct size and I had to reorder. The second order came in before I thought it would and fit perfectly. I am returning the first order today. I was very suprised how easy it is to return. Just a few steps and its ready to go back and shipping paid both ways. I have always felt that you sometimes have to go around the world an back to return something, but not at Iloveglasses. I experience with Iloveglasses has been great, and I will continue to go to Iloveglasses first when looking to order on line.

This company must be fraudulent. I ordered Sunglasses on 12/08/2012 and got an email the next day from another email address stating they noticed the lenses were scratched and wanted me to order another brand. I cancelled the order and was told I would get a cr on my cc in 2 to 3 days. I also questioned the 2nd email address and was told this was the same company. I also has ordered the same pair on 12/04/2012 on onther website NYCoptics.com and the exact same thing happened on they said they noticed the frames were cracked. I am disputing now but sure wish I would have used my AMEX, since they handle disputes easier. Both charges were $109.90, so I'm waiting on $219.80. Do not order from either of these websites.

I've always had an excellent relationship with iloveglasses. I can't say enough about their customer service. I receive my product faster than any other store I've ever dealt with. The employees are helpful and go out of their way to help you. What a pleasant experience. I know I can rely on iloveglasses for most anything. For the above reasons and many more positive ones I havent't listed, I'll always do business with iloveglasses. The best company I've ever dealt with on-line or off.
