I have tried most of the products. I enjoy most the foundation and their makeup. Great quality products, also good size of product. Customer service is quick to respond and fix any issues I have had. Shipping is usually fast. Pricing is fair especially if you go with subscriptions which can be canceled at any time.The only reason for the 4star and not 5 is because they tried to send me a subscription that I had already cancelled.

I was very disappointed that it I didn't understand the add-on Lip Plumper because it kept on asking questions and the skip option was not highlighted so I chose 20% off option thinking I was going forward with the subscription order. Once I chose this and realized what had happened I could not go back so I got out of PayPal without completing the order. I then started the process over an completed it without knowing that the first order was completed. Now I have 2 orders and an add-on order coming that cannot be canceled. I feel like this extra add-on option is not clear and I would like a refund on the first order without me having to send it back. I tried to rectify it with in five minutes and now I am without an extra $80.00 from my account.
Getting to check out was confusing. After all the special offers and such I didn't know if I was buying anything extra that I didn't want or not. I also wasn't sure if I got discounts if any. I love your products though I tried my sisters and it's great!
The site has to many interruptions when you want to place an order. Also, when logging in with email address it insists on sending a link, another time waster in my opinion.

I love the Power Renew Cream and Woke Ip Like This base foundation, which keep me as a return customer, but the customer service could use some help. They are very responsive, but don't seem to understand how resolve an issue with their annual plan being charged to my account twice. They refunded one charge, but also canceled my annual plan…meaning I paid for an annual plan without the benefit. Their Customer Service representatives arereally nice, but could use a little help with critical thinking skills. Wish me luck with this ongoing issue!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
