This is by far the BEST foundation that I have ever used. It not only has the coverage that I desire, which is full. It is not cakey and but long lasting. I highly recommend this foundation to anyone who is looking for a new foundation.
I have been a customer for quite some time and this brand is by far the best foundation I have ever used. The quiz got my shade right from the first order. It has the perfect coverage, gives my face a porcelain finish and never looks cakey, dry, or patchy. Truly the best foundation and concealer I have used in my 30+ years of putting makeup on.
I just ordered the plumbing cream, the serum, and mascara. Can't wait for it to get here so I can start my new journey.🥰

Sent me a shade that didn't match, so I let them know while still in the trial period. They said I could keep that if I wanted to try another shade, so I did. The 2nd shade was not a match either, so they said I could keep that shade and they would send me another one to try and my trial would start over. So I get my 3rd one and it was the SAME shade as the first time! I had to email them to let them know. Today I was CHARGED for another order I haven't signed up for (as I'm STILL in the trial period)! I looked at my email and finally had a response and it was just asking if I wanted to try another shade, but didn't acknowledge that I had been sent the same shade twice now. I think it was an automated email. How can we even get ahold of a LIVE customer service agent and not a robot? I am livid and they better reverse that charge ASAP

I ordered a foundation, and it was fast and easy. I was also offered another product at a discount. I have other items from LL Makiage and I have been happy with all the of them.
Where to begin…so the very first time I ordered from them I wasn't super happy with the foundation so they allowed me to keep the foundation and they sent me a different kind for free which I loved and was super happy with. Then, months later as I was using my new foundation, the cap got completely stuck on the pump and when I tried to pull the cap off, the entire pump (stuck in the lid) pulled out of the bottle. Making it where I could not get the makeup out of the bottle now. I only had about 1/4 of makeup left in the bottle but I was still disappointed with it and reached out. They gave me a $35 off coupon to where I could purchase a new bottle. That was so kind of them to do! They didn't have to do anything because it was past the 30 days of returning. They always get back to you within 24 hours so it's a quick turnaround response as well. I would highly highly recommend them. They are an A++++ when it comes to customer service!
I WAS TRYING TO GET THE BEST DEAL ON MY FOUNDATION AND IT AUTOMATICALLY PAID FOR A YEARS WORTH OF FOUNDATION AND NOT JUST THE FIRST MONTH...DID NOT BUDGET FOR ALL THREE MONTHS AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO MAKE CHANGES
I have been using a collection of this makeup and I really like how fast I get the products and how well they apply. My only complaint is that I buy the primer and I used to be able to open the bottle and get much more out of my bottle but the last time I received the primer, I was unable to open the bottle. I wish I could. Last time I was able to use it much, much longer. I'm not a big fan of its packaging bc it's hard to tell when it's out and if you use a primer you need a primer.
This request for review was received within an hour of ordering the product for review of the ordering process. Although easy to complete the order process the multiple attempts/offers for additional products, annual subscriptions, etc nearly had me back out of completing my order.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
