After ordering a trial of the foundation, I got an additional email saying I added on "no filter" for an additional $41.79… I did not add this extra add on.

I only ordered mascara, yet when I saw the summary, there was also a wrinkle filler foundation primer that I did not add. Please take it off my order!

I put the wrong item in my cart and could not remove it. It is something I will use eventually, I just didn't need a refill on it now.

It's almost impossible to not get a subscription through you. After our first no I don't want a subscription you ask way too many times afterwards, A customer could make a mistake and select the wrong box it's absolutely inappropriate.
