My daughter is 45 and she had botox done on fine lines above her eyebrows. I told her not to do that anymore and had her try my products - she loved how it worked so I sent her an order. I told her there is no need for botox as your products are wonderful

I ordered my foundation and it wasn't a match and the customer support people were amazing! They gave me e gift codes, told me to keep the bottle I had AND sent out a new shade to use try before you buy! Excellent and above and beyond!

Only problem I wish they could have been able to see my previous order
I had to go through the matching exercise again
And I wanted to just reorder
I am not interested in a subscription reorder program

I'm not satisfied at all with the foundation. I feel it's too red/brown for my skin, and it doesn't go smooth on my skin. It almost feels like a foundation "gone bad" feels and looks patchy. And thick.

I love their foundation which is the only product I have tried so far. I was really impressed at how well taking the test was able to match the foundation to my skin tone, however, how they keep trying to get you to buy other products after you've made your purchase REALLY irritates me! I may stop using their product because of this!
