So many questions and still did not match my color properly. The foundation seems like it will be too dark for my skin complexion from the tiny picture at checkout. You guys should give at least the color before and after. Also a color palate of all ur foundation colors should be present. Then after check they asked me a series of other questions. It was exhausting.

I agreed to a $6 charge to try the sample out then they charged me $6 and $27. I would like my refund. That agreement was not stated nor said anywhere.

I really appreciated the thorough color quiz on my foundation. I guess we'll see if it's accurate when the product arrives. My only negative experience was the relentless promotion of another discount on my way to the checkout. Instead of recommendations, it just feels like badgering.

The way they make you pay is confusing to say the least. Once you think you are done they keep trying to get you buy more stuff. I accidentally bought something that now I am going to have to return it. I have used their products before and I like them. I just don't like the add on products.
