Love your products, but do not appreciate the high pressure sales tactics to continue to up sell for additional products and pressure to subscribe. If discount pricing can be offered for subscription, the same discounts should be offered for returning customers.
I tried to cancel my order immediately after ordering because I accidentally ordered an extra item that I don't want/need. There is no contact phone number to call to cancel, nor does the site let you cancel and order.

Explained to them I didn't order Anything advised them of the situation then they sent me this big long email saying click this button to unsubscribe I click the button and I get an error message saying that that site can't be found so I messaged him again and then nothing so are they going to try and automatically debit my account for hundreds of dollars? Initially, I was surprised by the online quiz that matched me with my shade a year ago. While using that, I still have the concealer. Recently, I noticed a new eye product, so I decided I wanted to try it as well. The website is not difficult to use, and I was able to make my purchase as needed, and I'm excited to try it.

The website was an interesting experience. The try and if don't like return was the hook that got me to try something new. The product was as advertised and I'm very pleased! Shipping took awhile but hey it's December and everything takes longer.

I've went ahead and purchased a trial of the foundation and the concealer. I will know more after that. I will debate on the primer at a later time. Nonetheless, the experience has been a good one! The quiz was easy enough, even asking the same question twice, before and after some shade questions. I appreciated that since going through the quiz, you rethink some things. I do wish they offered a longer option for restocking our items, as I don't purchase or wear make up often, but love to use it in full when I do. I am interested to see if it's a match though. Having Latin/Germanic skin, I have very difficult time color matching. I've even went to Sephora multiple times to do so, and they have a hard time determining it. I have a cool colored chest, neutral neck, and seemingly warm or neutral face. I've been told I'm a true winter cool recently, but have yet to test that. Hoping to finally have something that matches though! Would love to just have one foundation option instead of the 15+ in my stash.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
