I got an email saying '"restock". You had an option to auto refrill and get 20% off or 10%. I'm assuming you know the one. I decided to give another try! First it brought up the wrong color! This was an issue before. I started with the 120 and was happy with the 130. In trying to change colors on this email I couldn't find anywhere to get the 10% off. I'm sorry, I just think your web site gives false information! It looked like I would automatically get the 10% off for restocking. When I hit the final button and it said 53.00 I was very disappointed. I know that's not a lot of money. It's the point!n n
Ordered the new redness control cream and am excited to get it. I have extremely fair skin and my dermatologist regularly has to give me chemo/chemical peels to keep any skin cancer from forming. This leaves me with very red skin that will take well over a year to lighten up to the color of my skin (vitiligo also ensures I have no color on my face). I'm hoping this redness control cream helps me hide the red discoloration under my makeup!

There have been times where I've needed a refund or help with the return and I've always gotten the best service from the customer service at Ilmakiage not to mention the products are always spot on

I made a purchase today and needed to speak to someone in reference to an address discrepency and theres nobody u can talk to u have to email and wait for a response.i dont care how good the products might be but when a company dosent have anyone to speak to for help to me thats a red flag and just bad business.wont be ordering anymore from this company
After going through the order process, I was invited to purchase more products which I declined. Then when I thought I had completed my order, I got 2 messages saying I needed to complete my order to get a free gift. I was about to go through the order process again but checked my email and finally got a confirmation of my first order. I would have made 2 orders if I hadn't double checked my email. It would be helpful if you had a confirmation number and message at the end of the transaction to prevent confusion.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
