Fine whatever. But then I get bamboozled into another couple of questions after skipping some other products into some hair product here I am thinking it's your product and it's someone else's. They took the money out right away even though it was a try before you buy. So now I'm having to deal with that customer service issue. Like why even bother showing other companies? All you did was make this more problematic and I'm definitely not continuing any subscription I will be cancelling. This is a gift from my fiancé to me but Jesus Christ the headache I had to go through.the obstacles I would rather drive myself to a store at this point. Awful first time experience..

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
