I don't want to "subscribe" to something I haven't tried yet. Every other screen seemed to be asking me to subscribe. If I had wanted to do that, I would have. Receiving the follow up email that I was chosen for a free gift with my order seemed nice, until I realized it was one more push to subscribe. I considered canceling my order completely.
While trying to checkout so many questions kept popping up asking me if I wanted to add to my order, etc. STOP THIS, ITS IRRITATING! You almost lost a new customer. And I'm sure others have commented as well. It does not leave a good first impression. Rethink this.

I have been trying for most of December to place an order utilizing an issued code for BOGO + Free Shipping received in my email on December 1,2024. When checking out, I was never able to receive the free shipping. Leaving the selections in my shopping cart, I have been trying all morning to complete my transaction and still was UNABLE TO RECEIVE THE FREE SHIPPING. I have sent approximately 4-5 emails since this morning requesting assistance. All responses, have been the same and NOT USEFUL. Unfortunately, I have had to place my order only receiving the BOGO, but unable to get the "free shipping" USING THE CODE ISSUED TO ME FOR BOTH.
When I first found your company online and tried the different products, I feel in love! From recharge cream, power up eye cream, power polish to no filter primer and powder makeup, I will not be switching to any other brands anytime soon. Using your products have done wonders to my skin and I am thankful I found you.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
