All was great I love the feel but the foundation was too orange on me. I have to wipe it off. I tried it 3 times and get same results each time.
I typically have a good experience with this website and the products I order. For some reason this time it charged me but did not complete my order. I had to contact customer service by email, there is no phone number to call. Within 2-4 days I was able to receive my money back on my card. Then I tried to order it again with the same promo card and a different card, it showed they if charged me double what it was supposed to so I thought there was another problem. However I received an email about 5 min later with the correct product and correct amount charged. Hopefully I can still order from IL and not continue having these issues with the website.

After I ordered my eyeliner it said do you want a 20% off hit this button so I hit the button and then it went to another product and I hit cancel and then it went to another product and I tried to hit cancel and it was not highlighted so I hit the UN highlighted cancel and it said oh thank you for your add-on order. I was not happy about that.
It was easy. I actually did it twice. Once at night and once during the day. Same result. Excited to try this product

The ordering process was NOT good! I entered and entered and reentered all my info. I THINK I may have been overcharged and now I need to call. Which is so inconvenient as I work Monday -Friday 8-5.
Well... I went online to order and placed my order for the wrinkle blur - when checking out a pop up said 20% off,claim now, so I did, what was hidden by the screen was in small print you will be charged for the item pictured which looked like a ad for the 20% off - there was nowhere to cancel this extra item - I won't be ordering from you again if you feel the need to trick people into buying additional items.

I never have issues ordering IL Makiage products! I also like that you can set products for auto-replenish! The only issue I had was that I could only use one promo code; I couldn't use the two coupons I had received. Other than that, purchasing is seamless!
I love this site. The products are amazing. I get compliments on my skin a lot! The plumper gel is great have used for three years and my skin is glowing. Now a little older going to try the wrinkle cream. If it's anything like the plumper gel. I'll be very happy.

I am excited to try the new product, but I received an email about my added on item and I didn't order any add-on item. Not sure what's going on with that. Emailed customer service but it's not been long so I haven't heard back yet.
I have been using the PowerFirm and Power redo cream for under my eyes and they get rid of my under eye bags and cover dark circles. I love all the products I have tried! The PowerFirm has lasted 4 months. It is great for firming neck, forehead and between the eyes.
My daughter introduced me to the eye concealer and I just love the coverage. Have had dark circles because of allergies for a long long time. This is the best product I have used and believe me I have tried quite a lot!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
