Then I am informed that it is too late to cancel the add-on. Are you this desperate for purchases? I was charged for 101$ for the free trials which i supposed to return because my face got irritated when i tried the il makiage
Before using the product my face is smooth when i tried this i got a little dark spot and seems becoming bigger
Not happy with this and more worst when il charged me right away and did not wait for my return
I am working and very busy at my work and trying to make my time to ship back the products font even wait until i send

I never subscribed for a free trial or that I wanted to continue buying your product. The color I did buy my one time order is not the correct color. You do not have a phone number to call just a long process of trying to return or to get a hold of anybody Not very good customer service.
It doesn't do anything extraordinarily. I can get another product that will provide the exact same results for like $10.
I need a label to return it, ASAP!
When you first get onto the website its quite annoying to be greeted with "looks" first instead of places to find the products. I just want to go online and be able to more easily review the products but it feels like I'm going through so many photographs and what others are wearing, I just want to see the products.
I recently placed an order for foundation and concealer and accidentally entered the incorrect address. I emailed the company and it was addressed within minutes of my notification. In addition, I received a couple apologies from the company for my error. They also sent me a $20 discount on my next order. While awaiting my order to come, I received an email stating that the delivery is delayed, so they gave me another $15 off of a product on my next order.
I received my product and I am more than happy with the quality of the foundation and concealer. I have been trying multiple brands to find a foundation that doesn't highlight my 50-year-old wrinkles.
If you're considering ordering from this company, just do it. Chances are you're going to be as happy as I am.
I ordered one item and the push for add one was on. I hit SKIP yet email shows I added a product. I love the products I've received so far but the sales method is too pushy. I'm sure I can find similar products without the pushy sales tactics and probably less pricey. Sad bc products are so good!
I had left my cart on IL Makiage and didn't make a purchase. I checked my email later and found an email offer saying they added an offer to provide free shipping if I came back to purchase the product. I never received the free shipping once my CC was charged and I have had to write to the company twice about this. Very deceptive!
I have wanted to try Il Makiage's foundation for a while and decided to go for it. Il Makiage made shopping on their website so easy! From taking their skin shade quiz to checkout, I found my (hopefully) perfect match! And even if this shade isn't the one for me, I can exchange it through their online portal with no hassle or fees. That to me is such a relief. It was so easy to find exactly what I wanted, can't wait for my package to arrive!
Love the products although the lip liner color wasn't what I thought it would be. Their customer care is top notch and very quick to respond and help with finding that right color palette.
I have tried so many brands it's ridiculous. One and done. The color match is amazing! Just take the picture you won't regret it!

I just ordered yesterday and so far you're just like every hungry company trying to make me commit to your product when I haven't even tried it yet. Your company offers discounts and "free products" if I sign up to buy even if I don't know if I like it. Calm down and wait until I love your product before trying so hard to get my business.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
