This is why I don't order from Makiage I put in a new address because I travel, and it shows that you send it to my home address, and I put it a different address. This is very frustrating because I'm not even at home I'm on the road and I put in my hotel address when I got my email it shows that you all sent my concealer to my home address.
Be careful! They added on a product to my order that was not supposed to be there. One minute after realizing they wouldn't let me cancel it. Literally was one minute! I want a refund immediately.

I like the light weight formula and color matching is fairly good. I had to exchange a couple times to get the right shade for me. I subscribed but then realized I would only get the same shade each time. I live in Ohio so get a little pale I. The winter months but in the summer I tan easily and my shade changes a lot. If only you could have it scheduled to send light shade in late part of the year and darker shade in the summer.

I love the products but not the prices. I feel like while the packaging is lovely, it is unnecessary. If it could reduce the cost even a little, I may be inclined to purchase more. Also, the website regarding account management is not user friendly. I am always wondering what is ordered / auto ordered and when its coming. I do appreciate the notification of my coupon. It would have been nice to use it on my last order rather than spending more though.

I'd give it 5 stars but when you order you get over spammed with offers to add to order. I had to click off the site as the last offer didn't give me an option to skip it. It was either order it or don't continue. This is a confidence killer for brands.

Ordered foundation, the site makes it very hard to navigate. It directed me to confirm, then I had ordered something else. Great.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
