I tried to order a one time shipment 5 times. Big time waster! The only option was auto delivery choices. I decided it was just another site out of China. I decided to Google the CEO/ owner of the company and found the company roots. That was the impetus to try ordering again and the one time delivery WAS available. Awaiting my order now.
The ordering process was easy. I would have loved to see the different color foundation products on one page in order to compare color options and to order an alternate color. I wanted to try both #210 and the one that I eventually ordered (#180).

It is so confusing that there in add ons on the check out page. I accidentally pressed down one on a previous order and I did not want it. Let the add-ons be somewhere else but not on after you make your purchase. It's ridiculous. The customer knows what they want to order stop putting add-ons on the checkout page.
I love products from Il Makiage. The foundation stays on me like no other I've tried - and I've probably tried them all! Shipping is fast. They don't waste your time, either.
Very stressful shopping experience. I chose my item. Only one item which was a mascara. The total was $24 & change. I corrected address to my new address and by the time I tried to finalize the purchase some other item had been added to my order without my approval and the total on my order changed to $42 & change. I decided to just cancel the order since it would not allow me to remove the item being pushed on me. I escaped and then received an email thanking me for my order with incorrect home address as well. I have sent two emails notifying customer service of incorrect address. Hope it arrives at correct address. Don't think I will shop at ILMakiage again.
I tried several things from this brand a year ish ago. I LOVE the primer, but the concealer and corrector just didn't match my skin. I am looking forward to trying again!

I've been using the woke up like this foundation for a year and I won't ever use any other foundation. I love that the shade 60 goes with my winter white skin and my summer tan. I have never used a foundation that didn't look like I was wearing makeup. But I've found it with il makiage! I've been a returning customer for a year. The under eye tightening serum works best if you use it at night or alone without makeup. It tends to pill a little if you mix it with moisturizer or foundation. The moisturizer was good, but I live in a cold dry climate so I have to use a different moisturizer.

I feel like your website should be easier to navigate. I wanted to change my product that is auto shipped but I couldn't find the one I wanted in the 'scrolled' choices. Seems like one of the drop down choices at the beginning should be to switch product, not just date choices.
I did the quiz twice. The first shade picked for me was #120 and I did place the order. The second time, a photo was taken and they chose shade#75. So now I will have to wait. It's difficult to choose a shade, even with someone else helping choose the pictures. When both shades arrive, we shall see!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
