It was easy to change shipping date also add another product.

The ordering was easy. However, when you get the offers after you placed your order for 20% off as I was scrolling through them, they picked one for me that I did not want. I was just looking. That is frustrating so I ended up spending more money than I wanted. Having said that I do love the products

I'm annoyed when I've made my choice and then get hit with more advertising at checkout.
Let me just purchase or next time I'll cancel.

I received an offer code for -15% off via e-mail on 1/3/2025 and tried to use it on 1/4/2025 but it didn't work. When I replied to the e-mail to find out what happened, my e-mail was bounced back as undeliverable.

But when I went to check out there was no place for me to put in the discount code. I contacted customer service and they refused to do it so I'm canceling the order. I don't want to do business with the company that baits and switches

I love IL Makiage items! They are better at determining what color shade is the best for you so when you apply the product it is so perfectly matched.
I would recommend everyone at least give them a try.using there "Try before you buy" option.

I LOVE the primer! I rarely wear foundation but I use the primer under my tinted sunscreen and it goes on so smooth to leave a beautiful finish. When I do wear makeup, I use the Power Redo Wrinkle Fix. Blurs lines and smooths skin. Trying more products. Love this line!

I am trying out the plumping creme. I would have preferred to be offered to purchase a small size or samples of all the products before know if I should subscribe. It says money back guarantee. I hope I dont have to do that but am a little nervous.

Makeup sent was way too light they sent me another shade still too light
