I love the products but haven't had the easiest time navigating your website. When I first ordered I ended up on the UK site vs US so that was annoying not sure how I did that. Than I tried to edit my auto shipment product recently as I use the foundation more than the self tanner and had no luck editing the item. I could edit the frequency and skip a shipment but I could not edit the product in my auto shipment. I ended up canceling it and redoing it with what I wanted but lost the benefits of the auto shipment discounts on my recent order. So kinda annoyed by that.

I have been double charged on multiple occasions… Can't select my shade without taking a quiz…and the add to cart function does not work properly nearly every time I order. I have used a couple of the products and got locked into the auto replenish promotion. It worked ok until I wanted to change the product. The whole process was confusing, and then additional products were pushed during the checkout process in an ambiguous manner. I find this site tries to swindle you into buying mediocre products and can't seem to make things right when the issue is addressed. Shame on you, IL makiage.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
