I fell for the scam and ordered the foundation. Less than 10 minutes later, I cancelled my order. I got a letter back saying it was too late and that my order was on it's way. NO ONE processes and order and gets it in the mail in under 10 minutes! I've written at least 8 emails demanding a refund and all I get back are BS responses saying it's on it's way, with NO mention or regard given to my cancellation. Visa has stepped in and advised me to keep all my communications with them as proof. I have also cancelled my Visa card, so that they can no longer rob me. I am beyond furious and disgusted at the disrespect and utter lack of professionalism from this scammer company! Don't even think about ordering from this shyster outfit. They will lie and cheat you, ignoring any and all your wishes.

Be very careful. Once you give your credit card to them, You are stuck. I asked them to cancel my account and delete my credit card a few months ago. Then I realized that they placed an order and charged my credit card. I logged in to my account with them to delete my credit card. Guess what? It kept asking me to enter a new credit card to let me remove that one. They are shameless and whatever I do to cancel my account, there is no way. See the message on the website.

I entered my credit card for a sample for them to send to try. Then they charged my card 5.90 and close to 80.00. No phone number to contact company! Do not ever order this company is trying to trick people!

I got the product on the understanding that I would only paid for shipping as advertise all over, as soon as I put my card info they charged the whole amount. I tried to cancel immediately and they claimed it had already been shipped. Received the product with no instruction on how to return it, no phone number no directions nothing. I would consider honest that they up front and center disclose what you will be charged for and that return options have to be accessible otherwise they are stealing customer's money by making returns a very difficult process.

While I like the product and the color match was great for me, my first bottle continually leaked everywhere. I put up with it as I liked the foundation. Months later, bought a serum and replenished my foundation and realized there was a pump in both bottles, surprise! Went back to my original and realized that's why it was leaking, the pump got stuck up in the lid. Sounds silly that I didn't know but it clearly was stuck the entire time and covered with product so I couldn't even see it. Jump to my next purchases and the same thing has happened. The serum was easy to retrieve from the lid, the foundation not so much. When I finally got it out there had been so much wasted foundation it was frustrating, not to mention the original bottle. Reached out to customer service and their response was "thank you for your honest thoughts" and then quoted their return/exchange policy based on the date of my purchase. They said it was probably "not the answer I was looking for but hope I understand". I wrote back to them expressing my shock that not only did they not recognize the flaw in their bottles, there was no effort to try to make it right. They again wrote back thanking me for "keeping in touch" and apologized for my experience. It's funny that they think all issues happen within 30 days, we're not leasing cars here looking for a cool down period. Flaw in a product, make it right by taking care of a repeat customer, most companies/stores would, it's the only way to build a loyal base. Lost me as a customer and the word of mouth that helps build and sustain online businesses.

They will not cancel your subscription even with several emails in to their stated email address. They charge you for products you did not authorize and then refuse to refund your money. Do not sign up with this scam! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

I sent IL Makiage an e-mail telling them to cancel my subscription. They canceled one month. Today, I noticed three additional charges from IL Makiage. They refuse to help, so I reported them to BBB.

We recommend seeing a dermatologist ASAP and bringing them a list of ingredients for the products used on your face that day. Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
