I wanted to cancel my order because I did not know you had to pay for the SAMPLES after 14 days. I had only placed my order ten minutes before I emailed requesting to cancel, and they refused. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

I love the Il Makiage foundation and the shade is perfect. I am trying the self tanner this time as a well on a recommendation from a friend.

Was ordering foundation only, and after I put in my payment information, it took me through several add-on options. I kept hitting skip, but it added on a bronzer I didn't want. Wondering if this happens to others. Not happy about it. Hoping I like the foundation because I feel like I was scammed at the moment. Will have to return it if they don't correct my order, as it is totally the wrong shade for me. Sent an email to customer service, so hopefully it will corrected before it's shipped. Time will tell.

I was very skeptical about the use of this product when I first ordered it wasn't my shade at all it was white, pale, chalky and it just did not match me. I was very upset, but realized I could send it back with no charge and they asked my concerns and BOOM I received my new shade and it was spot on! Amazing! The mascara I love so much it makes my eyelashes dramatically pop and the concealer is even better. Definitely will only get my makeup from here

I've done a few exchanges when the color of foundation was not exactly right, and they'll work with you, even if you're outside of their standard exchange/return time frame. Always helpful and friendly service, and easy to do because you communicate with them only over email.

I love Il Makiage. In part, for the quality of their products. But mostly for their customer service. They are ALWAYS there for me! If I need a shade change, a different brush, whatever. They promptly and personally respond. I love this company.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
