I tried out the free trial Woke up like This foundation. I was expecting a much better coverage as those shown in the advertisement are quite dramatic. Unfortunately even though I don't have any major skin issues such as acne, scars etc, I had to apply a second coat of it, and then my other foundation. Also the color was too orange for me. I understand that a quiz doesn't necessarily mean the shade will be 100% accurate, but was disappointed that even my very light sunspots were not covered. I am a young looking 51 but have good skin. Definitely not worth the price.
I would give a 2.5 star if that was an option.
I don't know why this company receives such a bad rap for their free trial option. I got the same pending charge on my bank account but it went away just like they said it would after five or six days, I tried the products, sent back what I did not like, and I was only charge for what I kept. I liked the WULF foundation, it wasnt too heavy but had great coverage. The no filter primer and F Im flawless concealer were just okay, I felt like my tarte concealer worked better and I don't feel like the primer did anything for me. I sent those products back within the 14 days and was not charged for them. They do not have a number for customer service but I received prompt email responses to my concerns

Placing the order on line was simple. I love this foundation but it is VERY EXPENSIVE. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of the cost. You really should bring the price down…you would get more customers that way

Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). I am 56, with adult acne, the concealer & foundation do a great job at assisting to make the blemishes not as noticeable. This is the best makeup I have used that does not irritate my skin. Definitely recommend!
