Jordan was an absolute ANGEL. Not only did she get back to me super fast, she was super helpful with my request and even sent me a full replacement foundation free of charge. I'm completely stunned with the customer service and I'm very grateful for the help.
This company is trash. They tell you to try it for free, then they will charge your card three separate charges in one day.do not give this company your credit card number they are not to be trusted. They don't respond to email requests for an explanation. The makeup is trash as well. You could be better at makeup at the drugstore.
I was charged $45 dollars today from this company and i have only purchased 2 things and that was at least 2 months ago ($5 products at that). This company is full of crap

Shipping from this company could be greatly improved, not very prompt with frequent delays due to choice of shipping methods! You ship via UPS but because of how you ship it changes hands several days later to USPS and then there are always delays with them! Why not just ship USPS from the beginning, could shave about 4 days off of shipping time, so frustrating!

I first bought IL MAKIAGE about a year ago. I tried the foundation, first color didn't work, sent it back, second one didn't either, but I just kept it and I mix it with another one to find my color. Actually not a bad system since my skin tone changes slightly throughout the year with how much sun I get. I like the foundation, all the ads about it brought me here, BUT I love the concealer! The F*ck I'm Flawless concealer is great - doesn't look cakey or set into fine lines under eyes and covers small discolorations easily. I do have a heavier concealer from MAC I use to cover super red blemishes, but that's more of a spot concealer. Overall happy with this brand and it's quality. Also, customer service was great when I needed to exchange my foundation.

I'm excited to try these products! The questions asked helped me to realize that I didn't truly understand how to determine the right shade for my skin. I've spent many dollars trying foundation and usually ended up just throwing it in the trash. Then I gave up completely and stopped wearing makeup. It's been years now since I trusted my ability to find the correct shade. With the help from Il Makiage, I believe I will feel completely feminine again.
