I love Il Makiage makeup! Color matched to me. 14 days free to try...if you don't like it, you return it AND they donate it! If I have an order running late, they always send me a coupon for at least $15 off a product. Great way to try a new mascara or lipstick. When I have contacted them concerning my auto-replinishment orders ir returning a colori dint quite care for...they respond within a couple of hours and resolve the issue. I very highly recommend you give them a try...you will not regret it!

New to the field of Makeup

I'm not usually a makeup person however, this will be my second order from this company because I liked the first order so well! I really couldn't tell I was wearing it, it's just that good! I'm going to continue to order unless something changes about it that I don't like, ijs! I would recommend it to anyone up in age like myself because it does hide those dark spots and pimples too! Try it folk, u are sure to like it!

Horrible experience

Was the complete wrong shade. I was Overcharged and did not even want the concealer - never agreed to purchase it in the first place, and was charged $120. Was promised not to be charged and have a new shade sent and have heard absolutely nothing. Never going through this company again.

Poor Quality Makeup

I genuinely don't know how they have so many positive reviews -- this was the worst makeup I've EVER used! The concealer had the consistency of cake frosting, but didn't have any coverage. The foundation was so watery and set into my skin in a way that created fine lines and wrinkles I didn't previously have. I was also very confused as to why the primer would be silicone based when the foundation clearly wasn't. They should be the same base so they can work together properly. You're better off using a drugstore brand.

It's been a while!

I haven't order my foundation in a little over a year due to the pandemic and just not wearing make up as much as I used to but now outside is back open:-) it was time for me to reup and and I logged in and it was so easy to reorder my foundation. I love this product, it matches my skin tone so well!

Really bad website UX/UI

I received an email notifying me that my discount code was going to expire in 48 hours, but there was no link to the website. I had to google the site, and when I tried to sign in, Il Makiage had to send me an email vs. allowing me to sign into the window I already had open. I then had to open another window to shop. I wanted to find the last color of my foundation, so I went to My Orders. There was no picture of any of the orders, so in order to see what was what, I had to click on "order again" so that the item would open. This caused a bunch of unwanted items to land in my shopping cart. When I was ready to check out, I was unable to delete unwanted items from my cart without backing out of that window and going back into my cart. The entire experience, coming from a web designer/Creative Director, was very frustrating and took longer than needed. I'd be happy to help Il Makiage with website enhancements that would make for a much better, more seamless, shopping experience!

Beautiful feel, inside and out

All of the Il Makiage products I've used - foundation, concealer, mascara - are smooth to put on, look great, and have a natural feel. Customer service has been a tremendous help when setting up my account and for returning products that didn't quite match my complexion. Love!

Unfair Business Practices

Its products are very good, and it's easy to commit to it's subscriptions, however, once your in it's nearly impossible to cancel. Its website requires that you read every page to learn you have little to no recourse for charges made to your credit card. The replies from customer service refer you to their website. You will never be able to speak with anyone directly. Just order as needed, unless you plan to cancel your credit card. This company has drastically over estimated its competitive advantage.

Re-order was simple! Love this shade, it is just perfect! I love the soft, smooth feel of it on my lips. Not greasy or slick, more of a moisturizing feel! The product lasts and lasts! I was getting close to the end and sure didn't want to run out!

Mascara

So far I am very satisfied in the products I have ordered thus far, however, very disappointed in the mascara. It leaves black under my eyes every singe time I used it, so I stopped using it. Its unfortunate. Not sure if you have a waterproof one that will not leave black smudging on the bottom of my eyes. If so, would love to have one for FREE
