The make up was a decent match but the bottle broke in shipment. Still trying to get resolution.
Omg! To my great surprise the foundation was a perfect match! I love the foundation & brush I was skeptical but everything was amazing! ….easy from the start! Fast, easy, great quality & packaging very impressive!
I decided to try this foundation and once I put it in my cart, I am just inundated with "oh you need this, oh you need this". It's a little annoying. And I feel like it asks multiple times if you want the same product in addition to your purchase.
Colours were very off and you need to download their label for returns. It won't download. I've sent ten emails over past four days requesting assistance and there is no response.
Easy to use platform and amazing products! I love the way the concealer works on my dark circles, and it lasts quite a while because you don't eat a lot.
I only ordered the free trial and I was charged incorrectly! 45 dollars was not what the free trial showed on my ordered. I will be calling customer service. Very upset!
Where do I start, so helpful with pictures and answers I was able to chose and was able to give more than one answer! Like who only has one answer for their skin or hair type lol. Can't was it to use their products to see how they work.
I thought this was going to be like all the rest out there. How wrong was I! From 1 little quiz they did it, they actually matched my skin. It is so lightweight, covers my redness and truly does what it promises. I now have a new foundation that I love it and you now have a new customer for life. I ordered the primer and mascara and can't wait to try them.

I have been deployed since 2021, and this is the BEST makeup (and only!) that I have used. Ordering is simple, color-matching is spot-on, and the products are amazing - lightweight and flawless!
I'll be surprised if this makes it onto the site but my experience was not at all like the girls you see applying their perfect matched makeup. I received the full coverage foundation And it is heavy. My color did not match at all and the foundation seemed to amplify all the lines on my face. I really wanted this product to be amazing and maybe it I had went with the lighter coverage foundation it would have been better. Unfortunately it was not the case for me. And to add to my frustration the site doesn't seem to warm well making it very difficult to make the return. I've tried at least a dozen times and still no luck. Hope this helps.

I order and canceled an hour later order *******. They act like they don't understand. I want them to give reimburse my money for the 2nd order they took out. I don't want credit to buy something else from them.
