I did a subscribe on my foundation, but am not a heavy makeup user, so I had an unopened bottle go past "the date" to return. Mind you, not a lot after. Defective pump, but they would not make it right. I'm going to try one more time.
I just received my order of Power Lift and it did not disappoint. I have only used it one time this morning and saw some immediate results. I did not not think I would see anything to day because I'm sick with a head cold and look like death warmed over. Put on after my shower this morning, took a 2 hr nap and let's just say my facial appearance is better than I feel.

I went to the email you sent and it gave me 20% off of a base primer checked the box waited for the price to drop and it didn't. It was the same price as before. Don't like being fooled. Would have rather had the brush.

So my 16 year old noticed my skin immediately after I tried on the foundation to test it. I walk out of the bathroom and he's sitting on the couch eating peanut butter and looks up and says what happened to Your skin? Your Face? I was like uh oh, here we go, because he is brutally honest about EVERYTHING! He said you look like you have on a filter, You look good mom! Made my day. I FINALLY FOUND the right color after 48 years. The concealer was also on point. Just ordered more products! Thank You for becoming my new foundation! Looks like i have flawless skin!
Ordinarily, I would never order a foundation I haven't tried yet, but you made it so easy. Tedious, but love the way you drill down to find the (hopefully) perfect match.

This company has proven to be A1 when it comes to products and customer service. I had a small issue with a foundation I purchased months ago but just recently opened. It was over the refund or exchange date, but I was still offered many options to rectify my concerns. I am truly pleased with the service.

Offer was a 14 day free trial. AFTER I signed up this company took $132.00 off my bank card which they called "pre-authorization". Then I received a message saying it was just a pre-authorization and would be returned to my account within 4 days. I immediately emailed the company cancelling my order and demanding my funds be returned to my account immediately. 2 days later I receive an email from a employee named Tony telling me the exact same thing, money would be returned within 4 days. Well it's been a lot longer then 4 days and still the money has not been returned. Reading reviews from this site and other sites, this has happened many times without any resolution by the company. I believe this is just plain fraud. Do NOT fall victim to this company. Give your business to an honest company.
Overall my experience was great. I'm anxious to get my product to try. I was not thrilled on all the add on products you kept showing me before my order was processed. I think if your product proves to be as great as advertised the customer will look into other products themselves. I felt inundated with product information.
Your website did not respond when I tried to press the submit button for the actual purchase of the Recharge cream, I had to go to my phone to finish my order. I do not appreciate all the promotions at the end nor the 20% off that has a 5 minute limit. It makes you look like a very shady Company. There is no mention of a 5 minute limit when you offer it, It stinks and shame on you. I like your products, not sure how I feel about you.

The setting spray works well, the only improvement I can think of would be a nozzle with a finer spray. Give it a try.
I ordered a try and buy, it's says 3-10 business days but it has been over a week and the tracking hasn't changed since the purchase saying ups is still waiting for it. It will definitely not be in the time frame stated. They did offer a $15 gift card for the wait but I'm still wondering when I will get my foundation
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
